Small classes and great team to work with. We have a position on offer for a Casual/Part Time position-To start as soon as possible for our growing Centre: We are looking for an assistant educator who can build and sustain strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community. You will be working closely with your Lead Educator who will guide and help you in your role within the class that you are assigned to. You must be able to provide and support a program that enables children to develop their own working theories around them, through intentional teaching, spontaneous opportunities and through play. You must be able to provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills. We are looking for a team player who can offer support to their fellow colleagues. you will need to possess the following attributes: · Studying cert 3 or diploma/working towards - ACECQA equivalent qualification - min 12-months experience · Demonstrated ability to work in partnerships with families. · Demonstrated professional level of written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must possess the following/be willing to obtain: · Current Senior First Aid certificate which includes CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma. -Blue card (Must be a valid P) -Child Safety Training Certificate -Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
