Little Creatures Geelong is on the lookout for a talented Brewer to join our dynamic, close-knit team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role full of variety and teamwork, where no two days are the same. As a Brewer at Little Creatures, you’ll be part of a rotating shift team (days, afternoons and nights), delivering our brewing plan safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. You’ll get to rotate across different areas of the brewery – from our highly automated brew house to cellars, RTDS, kegging, and canning – giving you a well-rounded, hands-on experience. How You’ll Make an Impact: You’ll be right at the heart of our production process, helping brew the beers Little Creatures is famous for. Day to day, you’ll be: Running brew house operations from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency. Rotating across multiple brewing functions, including canning, kegging, and RTDS. Maintaining quality standards and performing regular process and equipment checks. Championing safety and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture. Spotting opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting TPM initiatives. Working closely with a passionate team who back each other and take pride in what they create. What You’ll Bring: Brewing experience in a production environment, or experience within a fast-paced FMCG setting Qualifications in a technical or trade discipline will be highly regarded. Knowledge of Health and Safety, and Food Safety frameworks. A problem-solving mindset with a love of continuous improvement. Team player mentality, adaptable and reliable.
