What’s on Offer: • Afternoon shift roster – Monday to Friday • Excellent hourly rate – $52 per hour including loading super • Overtime opportunities available • Stable, long-term opportunity with a leading manufacturer • Small team culture with real support and collaboration • Genuine progression pathways within a larger organisation Key Responsibilities: • Carry out breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance • Support site reliability and minimise production downtime • Troubleshoot and fault-find across manufacturing equipment • Contribute to continuous improvement and plant upgrades • Install, test, and optimise machinery improvements • Maintain accurate maintenance records through CMMS systems About You: • Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential) • Previous experience within manufacturing or industrial maintenance • Strong fault-finding and breakdown experience • Exposure to PLCs and variable speed drives highly regarded • Safety-focused with strong communication skills • Comfortable using CMMS and basic computer systems • Current Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence preferred Location: Based in Lara, this role is easily commutable from Geelong, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook and Melbourne’s western suburbs.
