About Us : Premium window manufacturing About You : Relevant working experience Position Summary : The Onsite Installation - Frames role is responsible for the installation of frames on site. This role is also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and will report any required information to Team Leader on the Job. This role is critical to the delivery of onsite client outcomes. Key Requirements : At least 1 year of experience working in a window Factory, construction, or related field. Experience working on project sites, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with safety regulations, PPE, and reporting hazards or incidents. Experience adhering to and enforcing safety protocols. Competence in using onsite tools, equipment, and relevant software to manage project progress and paperwork. Job Responsibility : Be involved in daily pre-starts Management of time efficiency within the day to hit your deadlines Conduct work on projects within your area Maintain a safe working environment and wear correct PPE Keep your working area clean and tidy Focus on producing quality outcomes aligned to business standards Utilisation of company software Assist in conducting relevant daily pre starts on plant and equipment Report any hazards, incidences or equipment faults to Team Leader Support fellow team members when required Partake in relevant business training or meetings when requested Communicate regularly with Team Leader on work progress Assist in regular stocktake on consumables required for project work (e.g. packers, screws, sikaflex) at factory when required Job Functions : Assembly Job Benefits : Job security, dynamic fast paced working environment and above award wages.
