Swim Centre Manager Findon Swim School Pty Ltd 322 Grange Road, Kidman Park, SA 5025 Management (Sport & Recreation) Full-time Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 About the Role Findon Swim School Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Swim Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aquatic facility. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, staff performance, and facility management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the swim centre, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage, supervise, and roster staff including swim teachers, lifeguards, and reception personnel Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aquatic industry regulations Monitor pool plant operations, water quality, and maintenance schedules Develop and implement swim programs and community engagement initiatives Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Drive membership growth and promote centre services Ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance across all operations Skills and Experience At least 3 years’ experience in a similar management role within an aquatic, leisure, or recreation facility Relevant qualification in Sport & Recreation Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership and team management skills Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and operational management Sound knowledge of pool plant operations and aquatic safety standards Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and customer service skills
