People Business Partner Location: Adelaide We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation. This is a true generalist role where you’ll work across the full HR spectrum—supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader capability, workforce and change initiatives. What you’ll be doing Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances) Contribute to capability development, workforce planning and organisational change Use people data and insights to inform decision-making Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA, L&D, Safety) What we’re looking for ~5 years’ HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit Strong background in employee relations and HR advisory Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels Experience across multiple HR disciplines—not just a specialist area Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks Commercially astute, pragmatic and hands-on in approach Why join us?
