With an Assistant Property Manager and additional administrative support, you’ll be positioned to operate at a higher level—focusing on client relationships, decision-making, and overall portfolio success rather than day-to-day admin. Key Responsibilities Manage a sizeable residential portfolio with confidence and efficiency Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, and compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners Lead, mentor, and support your assistant and wider support team Proactively resolve issues and make informed decisions to keep portfolios performing Ensure processes run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of service What Sets This Role Apart This position is structured to remove many of the time-consuming tasks that typically weigh down property managers. Dedicated team members handle leasing, routine inspections, and much of the administrative workload, allowing you to focus on leadership and client engagement. Working within a pod-style team structure, each Property Manager is supported by an Assistant PM who manages much of the day-to-day tenant-facing tasks. This enables you to concentrate on the ownership side of the portfolio and overall performance.
