Role & Duties Maintain CRM Coordinate marketing for listings (photos, ads, brochures, campaigns) Schedule home opens and auctions Manage buyer communication and SMS campaigns Organise property launches, shoots, staging and inspections Prepare listing paperwork and documents Support client gifting, reviews and database management Arrange maintenance and liaise with contractors General admin and support tasks as needed About You Minimum 12 months industry experience Hardworking and willing to put in the time and effort required Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence WA Real Estate Registration - desirable Initiative, drive & a passion for the industry If you have the required experience, please apply below.
