07th May, 2026 Nexia Perth has an exciting opportunity for a full time Client Services Coordinator role reporting to a team of accountants and corporate administrators within our Business Advisory division. This role would suit someone looking for a dynamic position where no two days are the same. Primary Responsibilities Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients: submitting forms and lodgements, making telephone calls and obtaining information/documents via the ATO portal Liaising with ASIC on behalf of clients: submitting forms, making telephone calls, applying for registrations and obtaining information/documents via ASIC’s website Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team General administration duties for the accounting and corporate administration teams Maintaining our client database and corporate volumes, both hard and soft copy Client telephone calls and correspondence What we are looking for: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall IT literacy.
