Or are you an experienced disability support worker seeking meaningful work within a supportive team? Lifestyle Max is a nurse-led NDIS provider supporting participants across Perth with daily living assistance and complex health needs. This is a community-based role, where you will be supporting participants in their homes and during community access, rather than in a hospital setting. You will work alongside experienced staff with clear care plans, structured supports, and escalation pathways, ensuring you are always supported in your role. What Makes This Role Different • Work under direct clinical guidance from experienced nurses • Exposure to high intensity supports and real healthcare skills • Clear care plans, structure, and escalation pathways • Supportive team- you are never left unsupported • Flexible shifts around university and placements • Ongoing training and competency development What You Will Be Doing You will support participants with a mix of daily living and clinical care tasks within their home and community environments, including: • Personal care and daily living support • PEG feeding / enteral nutrition (training provided) • Seizure monitoring and response • Oral suctioning support • Assisting with wound care and dressing changes under clinical guidance • Pressure care and repositioning • Continence care • Monitoring health changes and reporting • Supporting community access and routines • Accurate documentation and communication Who This Role Is Perfect For We are looking for people who are: • Calm, reliable and professional • Willing to learn and build clinical skills • Confident following structured care plans • Strong communication and documentation skills • Committed to participant dignity, safety and person-centred care Essential Criteria (One Required) • Currently studying Nursing (EN or RN) • AIN with healthcare experience • Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support • Experience supporting people with complex disability or healthcare needs Mandatory Requirements • NDIS Worker Screening Check • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) • Current First Aid & CPR • Full working rights in Australia Shift Availability • Morning shifts • Afternoon shifts • Active night shifts • Weekend shifts Flexible availability is highly regarded How to Apply If you are passionate about disability support and want to gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive, nurse-led environment, we would love to hear from you.
