The exciting opportunity Lead the development of a new in-house allied health function and play a key role in shaping a more integrated approach to care for older people living at home. Combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, service development, and strategic input in a role with real influence across the organisation. Manage assessments, home modifications, and participant needs, with a focus on building efficient workflows and care pathways. Work closely with the clinical team, care partners, and leadership group to improve participant outcomes and strengthen service capability. This is a full-time role with salary depending on experience and fit, along with paid leave, free parking, and public transport access. Standard hours are generally around 8:00am to 4:00pm, with some flexibility around start and finish times, and limited work-from-home potential after probation depending on workload and performance. About you You are ideally an Occupational Therapist with relevant registration and experience in community aged care or home care. While Occupational Therapy is strongly preferred, strong allied health leaders from other disciplines may also be considered if they bring the right management background and holistic approach You bring leadership capability, practical judgement, and the ability to balance hands-on assessment work with service development and stakeholder collaboration.
