About the Role: We’re looking for experienced high intensity Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, and evening shifts providing high intensity support. To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring: Experience supporting participants with complex care needs Experience with personal care, manual handling and full hoist transfers Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management Experience with complex bowl care and catheter care Experience with spinal injuries and quadriplegia (highly regarded) Experience supporting people with autism, behaviours of concern, and non-verbal participants Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English is essential to ensure clear and safe care Experience working with adolescents with dysphagia/PEG feeding A willingness to work a variety of weekday shifts, weekends, and sleepovers If your experience matches the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
