We’re seeking an experienced Employee Development Manager to lead and coordinate employment development and capacity building services for staff living with disability across metropolitan and regional South Australia. This is a key leadership role where you’ll guide a team of Employment Development Coordinators, drive consistent best practice, and ensure person-centred employment outcomes aligned to our values and mission . What you’ll be responsible for Leading, mentoring, and managing Employment Development Coordinators across SA Driving consistent, high-quality employment development practices at all sites Embedding person-centred planning and participant development approaches Overseeing supported employment documentation, wage assessments, and reporting Supporting participant retention, transitions, and pathway planning Coaching operational teams in best-practice participant development strategies Building strong relationships with families, guardians, and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies Contributing to service growth, workforce planning, and continuous improvement Promoting a positive, collaborative, outcomes-focused culture What you’ll bring Degree in Developmental Education or significant relevant experience Leadership experience in disability, employment, or community services Strong understanding of supported employment and capacity building Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working within the NDIS environment Ability to work across metro and regional sites with confidence and autonomy Requirements NDIS Worker Check National Police Clearance Working With Children Check Current Australian Driver’s Licence Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional out-of-hours when required Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module What success looks like High staff engagement and consistent practice across sites Positive participant and family feedback Accurate, compliant vocational planning and wage assessments Strong team capability and a culture aligned to Orana's vision and mission Why join Orana?
