The CANBERRA IRISH CLUB is a small friendly club, situated in Weston ACT. The Club offers a range of facilities and services to its members and guests including bar, dining, functions, gaming machines and entertainment We are currently seeking the services of a talented and suitably experienced full-time or casual COOK / CHEF to join our kitchen team. Candidates must possess the following: Passion for food is a must! Minimum 3 years experience (Club or pub kitchen experience) High attention to detail and presentation Highly self-motivated with customer satisfaction a priority A focus on efficient service, quality, consistency, and hygiene Must have clear communication skills and work well in a team environment This position requires a combination of day, weekend and night work.
