An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an experienced and discreet Housekeeper to join Hills & Ranges Private Rehab, one of Australia’s leading private mental health and rehabilitation facilities, located in the serene Dandenong Ranges. Position Location: Hills & Ranges Private currently operates three facilities in Olinda and Sassafras. Key Responsibilities: Facility Cleaning Duties: Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and dining rooms. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of floors, furniture, and surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Regularly clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless. Empty bins and manage waste disposal efficiently. Other general housekeeping duties where required. Laundry: Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of clothes and linens. Facility Organisation: Maintain an organised and clutter-free environment in all areas of the facilities. Manage inventory of cleaning products and other essentials and inform facility manager of items requiring restock Other general housekeeping duties where required. Security and Confidentiality: Ensure the residence is secure at all times, including locking doors and windows when leaving. Maintain the highest level of discretion and trustworthiness Work Monday to Friday only as per the weekly schedule. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Cleaner/Housekeeper – preferable for a private residence. Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles. Fluent English as a first language. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to handle laundry tasks with care and precision. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Discretion and trustworthiness. Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
