Road Maintenance Worker Wodonga | Wangaratta | Mansfield Full-Time Opportunity We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Road Maintenance Workers to join a leading civil and road infrastructure team supporting regional communities across North-East Victoria. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in a wide range of road and infrastructure maintenance activities, working within a safety-first and team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Unsealed road maintenance and pothole repairs Asphalt patching and dig-outs Bridge and drainage maintenance Road signage installation and repairs Traffic control duties Network inspections and general labouring tasks Litter collection and site clean-up What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s licence ( HR licence highly regarded ) Construction Induction Card ( White Card – essential ) Traffic Control tickets and/or Chainsaw certification (advantageous) Previous experience in civil, road maintenance, or labouring roles Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call when required Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration What’s On Offer Full-time, stable employment Competitive hourly rates overtime opportunities RDOs and ongoing pay progression Full training and career development pathways PPE and uniforms provided Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity in the civil construction space with room to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
