We're looking for a capable Administration Officer to help build the systems and structure that support our continued growth. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative operations and supporting the wider team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Job Management System – setting up, maintaining and improving job management systems (construction-specific) First point of contact for client enquiries. Schedule and maintain workflow to ensure efficiency. Provide high-level customer service. Prepare and collate timesheets for payroll. General administration support to the General Manager. Assist with developing & improving systems & processes. Bring order to chaos in a growing trades business. HR and compliance. Skills & Experience Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience in a trade or serviced based business. Strong organisational and time management skills. Confident communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Problem-solving skills with a practical mindset. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
