Why This Role Matters The Government's primary financial management system Masterpiece, used by most SA Government agencies excluding SA Health, is over 30 years old and nearing the end of its service life. The Finance Reform Program is leading a major initiative to replace it with Oracle and implement best practice processes. This transformation will significantly change how finance functions are performed across agencies and affect a wide range of stakeholders, including finance, ICT, and operations teams. As an Integration Analyst , you'll play a key role in replacing the financial system and enhancing service delivery through greater efficiency and automation. About the Opportunity You'll contribute to modernising how South Australia manages public finances. Your work will help replace a legacy, whole-of-government financial management system with a contemporary solution by enabling better decision-making, stronger accountability and improved services for the community. In this role, you will: Deliver integrations and data migrations, moving financial data safely from legacy systems to the new platform. Design and document integration solutions, working with agencies, vendors and technical teams through testing and go‑live. Plan and manage historical data, supporting accurate information flow into and out of the new system. Provide expert advice on system support, including during transition when old and new systems run in parallel. Coordinate interface and migration testing, ensuring changes work as intended. Analyse and reconcile complex data, resolving issues and building confidence in system information. Remuneration ASO6 ($102,171 - $108,071 p.a.) 12% Superannuation About You You'll thrive in this role if you: Have sound experience with integrations and data , including extraction, migration, conversion and reporting in finance or enterprise systems. Design and deliver system interfaces through testing to successful go‑live. Analyse complex problems confidently , managing multiple tasks and delivering practical solutions. Work with high attention to detail , using sound judgement independently and as part of a team. Prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Communicate clearly and professionally , explaining technical concepts simply and producing concise documentation.
