Why This Role Matters The Government's primary financial management system Masterpiece, used by most SA Government agencies excluding SA Health, is over 30 years old and nearing the end of its service life. The Finance Reform Program is leading a major initiative to replace it with Oracle and implement best practice processes. This transformation will significantly change how finance functions are performed across agencies and affect a wide range of stakeholders, including finance, ICT, and operations teams. As a Test Coordinator , you'll help drive this transformation by supporting the system replacement and improving financial service delivery through greater efficiency and automation. About the Opportunity You'll support the delivery of South Australia's new financial management system by coordinating testing activities across a large‑scale reform program. Your work will help ensure new systems are reliable, fit‑for‑purpose and ready to support government services that matter to South Australia. In this role, you will: Support quality testing to ensure new financial systems work as intended. Coordinate testing activities across system, integration and UAT phases. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Identify and manage defects, risks and issues, escalating where needed. Apply strong analytical and problem_solving skills to recommend practical solutions. Contribute to a major finance transformation shaping how SA Government delivers services.
