About the Opportunity As a Corporate Systems Support Analyst (ServiceNow), you'll play a key role in the administration, configuration and support of the ServiceNow platform. You'll focus on managing system change, resolving issues and delivering improvements that align business needs with platform performance and integrity. In this role, you will: Keep ServiceNow reliable , supporting the Customer Service Portal across government. Deliver system changes end to end , from request review to release. Partner with users, vendors and developers to fix issues and deliver improvements. Turn business needs into clear system solutions and practical advice. Apply strong change control , meeting governance and compliance standards. Build great relationships , continuously improving the customer experience. Remuneration ASO5 ($89,007 - $98,991 p.a.) 12% Superannuation About You We're looking for someone who can: Support and improve ServiceNow , keeping the platform stable and effective. Adapt to system change , supporting testing, upgrades and issue resolution. Use and grow technical skills across scripts , APIs, databases or integrations. Explain technical ideas clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Use data and reporting to identify issues and support better decisions.
