As a Club Sofitel Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering personalised luxury experiences for our valued Club guests. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout their stay, you will ensure every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth, and exceptional service standards synonymous with the Sofitel brand. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the Club Sofitel team, fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture Support the Club Manager with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and ongoing training of team members Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews, including development planning and coaching initiatives Prepare and manage team rosters in line with operational requirements and budget expectations Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to coordinate guest recognitions and personalised experiences Uphold exceptional Reception standards, including seamless check-in/check-out processes and Concierge services Coordinate bookings and operations for the Club Sofitel Business Centre and Boardroom Maintain superior Food & Beverage service standards, including stock management and inventory control aligned with occupancy forecasts
