Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. About You Current Victorian RSA. Previous experience in a similar premium dining role. Ability to prepare classic cocktails. Availability for evening and late dinner service. Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling.
