Full-Time System Analyst Blackbox Marketing Pty Ltd T/A Blackbox Design & Digital Location: West Perth, WA 6005 Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Salary : $80,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation Blackbox Design & Digital is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time System Analyst to join our growing digital and technology team. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and project teams to analyse business requirements, improve system functionality, and support the ongoing enhancement of digital platforms and integrated business systems. Key Responsibilities Analyse business and operational requirements through consultation with internal stakeholders and project teams. Investigate existing systems, workflows, and digital processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for system improvement. Gather, document, and maintain functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and development projects. Collaborate with developers, designers, and external vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect analysis, and validation activities to ensure system functionality and performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity. Support the implementation and optimisation of CMS platforms, APIs, and integrated business applications. Develop workflow diagrams, process documentation, system procedures, and user training materials. Provide technical support and guidance to internal users regarding system functionality and process improvements. Assist in project coordination activities, including timelines, task tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Review emerging technologies and recommend suitable system improvements aligned with business objectives. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Demonstrated experience as a System Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of system analysis methodologies, SDLC, system integration, and business process analysis. Experience working with CMS platforms, APIs, databases, and web-based business systems. Knowledge of system testing methodologies, UAT processes, and technical documentation preparation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
