We are seeking to hire a developer with a passion for front-end who wants a career in planning, designing and implementing digital and technical solutions to meet business needs. You are a self-starter who brings strong front-end experience and likes to work within a cross functional team. Develop and deploy high quality code and websites Take direction, confirm project requirements and document approach. Interpret written requirements, identify gaps and ensure requirements are fit for purpose to underpin the build Problem solve, leverage senior resources to solve more advanced problems and be able to explain your proposed solution and rationale Write clean, readable and well-structured code, leveraging AI to optimise productivity Work with code version control tools and practices (eg. Atlassian suite, git) Build solutions that are SEO optimised on launch including implementation of redirects Apply and test compliance with W3C accessibility guidelines Communicate with clients both in person and in writing, providing technical support and resolving issues, under the supervision of a senior developer Work onsite at client premises and in Lenox Hill offices, as needed Requirements To be considered for this role you must have the following - University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Minimum 4 years experience in HTML, CSS, Wordpress and JavaScript / frontend UI frameworks Exceptional attention to detail on the front end (ie passion for visual layout) Happy to work both solo and in a team on digital projects Passion to stay abreast of the latest in development best practices Competent with Google Analytics – set up, event tracking, data extraction and performance analysis (ideally) Design extension skills would be advantageous (e.g. Figma)
