About the role Our client is looking for multiple AFMs to assist on a short term basis across various sites in Victoria. The roles sit within established facilities teams and are responsible for delivering day-to-day facilities services across commercial portfolios/assets. You will oversee maintenance, compliance, vendor management and project coordination, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and service delivery expectations are consistently met. You will engage with stakeholders across all levels to ensure operational requirements are achieved while maintaining a safe, compliant and efficient environment. Key responsibilities include: Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance and facilities works across the portfolio Oversee compliance with statutory obligations including health, safety and fire regulations Deliver facilities-related projects within agreed budgets, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Monitor help desk/service delivery outputs and report against KPIs and service standards Conduct building inspections and maintain accurate reporting and documentation About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: Prior experience within facilities management or corporate real estate Strong understanding of maintenance operations including reactive and preventative services Experience managing contractors, service providers and stakeholder relationships Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports Ability to work across multiple sites, with a current driver's licence required What's in it for you?
