Project Coordinator | Commercial Construction | Moonee Ponds NORTHSIX is recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial construction business based in Moonee Ponds. This is a business building something real. A tight-knit team delivering Tier 1 commercial projects, where performance is recognised, and your contribution matters. This Project Coordinator role works directly alongside the Director, Estimator, and Project Manager to keep projects moving, on time, and on track. About the role • Coordinate project delivery across commercial construction and carpentry scopes • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams • Support scheduling, documentation, and procurement processes • Track project progress and flag risks early • Keep the PM and Director informed with clear, timely updates About you • Carpentry background required, with experience in commercial construction • Strong organisational skills and on top of the moving parts • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business where no two days look the same • A team player who takes ownership and communicates well • Immediate availability preferred Why this role?
