This role will be responsible for the hosting of a group of students and faculty from Seoul Theological University during a study intensive at Hillsong College, and functioning as a liaison between the group and Hillsong College leadership. Other aspects of this role include: Guide Groups Through Intensive Program Help STU group find their way around campus, providing orientation to our facilities and amenities. Ensure groups are in the right place at the right time for their scheduled activities. Assist groups with practicalities related to their involvement in classes. Support Group Leaders Receive and respond to requests from STU group leaders regarding their involvement and experience at Hillsong College. Act as a point of contact for any concerns or feedback from STU group leaders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Facilitate Engagement and Communication: Assist Hillsong College leadership in engaging with STU group and their leaders to enhance their overall experience. Communicate and negotiate problems in a culturally sensitive manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all guests. Ideally, the successful candidate will bring: Bilingual in Korean and English. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. A degree or certification in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
