Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in West Pennant Hills. Due to client preference, we are seeking a female who preferably has knowledge or can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean . Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and respect. Monitor and report on clients’ progress and any changes in their condition to the care team. Support clients in engaging with community activities and social events. Maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure confidentiality is upheld. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Requirements: Previous experience as a disability support worker. Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensive-insured car. NDIS Workers Screening Check. Working with Children Check. First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
