Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented, suitably qualified and experienced Accountant/Accounts Officer to join a well-established business on the Central Coast. This is a hands-on role within a small team responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of payroll, accounts payable and receivable and product costings, while ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Shared responsibility to process weekly payroll (50 employees), including superannuation, allowances, and entitlements. Maintain employee records, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and Fair Work requirements. Together with another staff member, execute Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt collection. Perform bank, credit card, and financial reconciliations when required. Maintain financial records and internal controls. Carry out the preparation and maintenance of the product costing process and data. Complete the annual business insurance and workers compensation premium submissions. Liaise with the company’s external business accountants. About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong payroll experience, including Award interpretation. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-look ups and preferably power query. High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and team-focused approach. Willingness to obtain a National Police Check. Desirable: Experience with MYOB Acumatica (formerly MYOB Advanced) Accounting degree (Bachelor of Commerce or similar) What’s on Offer: Part-time role (20–30 hours per week) with flexibility to suit family commitments.
