The opportunity As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in driving both sales performance and customer experience. You will manage the full lifecycle of leads, from first contact through to qualification, tracking, and insights, while also supporting the day-to-day operation of our display home network. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will quickly build commercial awareness, develop customer insight, and gain practical marketing experience. What you will be doing Engaging with inbound and outbound leads in a confident, professional manner Qualifying and categorising leads to support effective follow-up Managing and tracking lead activity through CRM systems Supporting the coordination of display home hosts across multiple locations Preparing and briefing hosts to deliver a high-quality customer experience Analysing lead data and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities About you You may be a recent graduate or early in your career, looking for the right opportunity to grow. You bring: Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner A positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude High attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Drive, curiosity, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone Experience in sales administration, customer service, or coordination is helpful, but not essential.
