About the role Join the dynamic team at World Wire Cables (Aust) P/L as an Internal Sales / Sales Support. This full-time role based in Salisbury South SA is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading Australian cable manufacturer and supplier. In this hands-on position, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. What you'll be doing Providing professional and efficient customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person Processing sales orders, managing inventory and coordinating deliveries Assisting the sales team with quoting, order tracking and client communications Maintaining accurate records and documentation Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve the customer experience Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer service goals What we're looking for 1 years of experience in a client-facing sales support or administrative role, ideally in the manufacturing or distribution industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and CRM software A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Police check required What we offer At World Wire Cables (Aust) P/L, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
