The Opportunity We're looking for experienced Sales Supervisors to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our front line sales teams at Newton and also Burton (seperate roles). This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll be selling alongside the team while holding them accountable to performance standards, driving development, and acting as a direct extension of the Sales Manager. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage from a distance. We want someone who leads from the front, takes pride in building a high-performing team, and is hungry to grow within the business. What You'll Be Doing Supervising the daily operation of the sales floor across counter and phone room Selling alongside the team and contributing to personal revenue targets Monitoring team performance and holding staff accountable to individual targets Handling customer escalations and complex quotes, escalating to the Sales Manager where required Managing rostering and time allocation for the sales team Leading the onboarding and training of new sales staff Ensuring sales standards, procedures and customer service expectations are consistently met Reporting team performance clearly and regularly to the Sales Manager What We're Looking For Proven experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role Strong people skills, you know how to motivate, develop and hold a team accountable A natural communicator who builds relationships with customers and colleagues easily Someone with genuine ambition, this role is a stepping stone for the right person Experience in building, landscape, or trade supplies is a bonus but not essential, we'll back the right person with training What's In It For You $75,000 – $85,000 base salary depending on experience Monthly performance incentives across personal sales and team leadership metrics A clear progression pathway for the right candidate A supportive GM and Sales Manager who want you to succeed and will give you the autonomy to lead A business with genuine momentum and a team that's being built to win Ready to Apply?
