Overview of Responsibilities: As a core member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their migration needs. You must be able to work independently, have knowledge of migration laws and regulations, and provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility. Prepare and lodge visa applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the migration process. Requirements: Active MARA Registration or Legal Practitioner Number (LPN). In-depth understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
