Remuneration : ASO2 – Salary Range ($58,709 - $63,154 p.a.). About the opportunity: As a Client Engagement Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients with outstanding debt via telephone calls and online services. About you To be successful you will: Negotiate and help people get back on track. We are seeking individuals who want to help clients with solutions and effective outcomes. Maintain a strong client-centric approach ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Provide prompt and accurate information to clients. Use empathy and excellent communication skills to resolve queries and achieve first contact resolution. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
