About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Controller to join our expanding Finance team in a newly created role reporting to the CFO. This role will oversee core finance activities including reporting, forecasting, cash flow and compliance, while partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth and operational performance. The position offers broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing strategic and financial improvement initiatives. Key aspects of the role include: Leading financial and statutory reporting processes. Providing senior finance leadership, sponsorship and accountability for the implementation of the organisations new ERP platform. Overseeing cash flow management and ensuring strong financial governance and compliance. Providing high-level commercial and strategic insights to support decision-making. Partnering with senior stakeholders and the broader Finance team to support business outcomes. Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the organisation’s growth and financial performance. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent). Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax requirements and core corporate finance principles. Advanced Excel skills and strong capability across accounting systems and financial software. Experience managing a shared services transition, ERP implementation, or financial separation process would be highly regarded. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and proactively deliver practical business solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organisation. Experience working in multi-entity environments, complex approval structures and compliance-focused organisations is highly regarded, as is experience within the health or broader regulated services sector.
