Wealth Concierge and Engagement provides frontline education support and general advice to a wide range of customers as part of the Margin Lending and Wealth unit. As Wealth Concierge you are part of a specialised team, connecting with Bendigo Banks’ customers and staff through an outbound customer help function designed to assist customers with their wealth related needs. Guided by customers and their needs, you will provide customers with general advice, products and strategies, helping them to a self-serve option or arranging personal advice referrals. You’ll get to: Be the first interaction point with our customers for all wealth related queries referred from our banking network. Provide our customers with general advice around products and strategies. Assist the customer to a self-serve option or arranging for a referral to a financial planner, via our partners at Bridges Financial Services. Work toward meeting KPI’s based around service targets. About you: To be successful you will have: RG 146 accredited Experience in Financial Services with an understanding of wealth products (managed funds, superannuation, margin lending, insurance) ideally in a phone-based sales and or customer service function. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of exceptional customer service and meeting KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meeting critical timeframes. Proactive and supportive team member Tertiary qualifications in Business, Financial Planning or equivalent are highly desirable. So, why work with us? Want big impact that matters?
