Ensure that all replacements and repairs are conducted to rebuild customer CAT fleets, thereby extending their lifespan and enhancing productivity. Opportunity to mentor and coach less-experienced technicians and apprentices while engaged in trade-related activities. What We Are Looking For Trade qualified in Mobile Plant Technology. Strong leadership and mentoring experience (Leading Hand/Supervisor background). Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills using CAT SIS. Experience with CAT dealership and traditional CAT fleet (OHT, Grader, Loader). High competence in mobile low-voltage electrical systems & air conditioning, with advanced schematic interpretation skills.
