About the Role You’ll be working hands-on with a wide range of high-performance builds including: LS engine builds (mild to full forged setups) Dyno tuning (HP Tuners experience highly regarded) Turbo and supercharger setups Diagnostics, fault finding, and performance optimisation This is not your average workshop job — you’ll be part of a team building and tuning some of Adelaide’s toughest street and race cars. Key Responsibilities Engine assembly and rebuilds (LS platform essential) Engine diagnostics and mechanical fault finding Dyno tuning and calibration Installation of performance components (cams, fuel systems, turbo kits, etc.) General mechanical work as required Requirements Proven experience in LS engine building and tuning Strong mechanical experience and background Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (or higher) Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical issues Experience with tuning platforms (HP Tuners preferred) Own tools Current driver’s licence Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer Work with Adelaide’s leading LS performance specialists Access to hub dyno & 4WD chassis dyno High-performance builds and cutting-edge projects Supportive, experienced team environment Opportunity to grow your skills in engine building and tuning
