We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Triathlon Coach to deliver engaging, high-quality triathlon programs within our dynamic leisure centre environment. Location: City of Melville - LeisureFit Booragoon Salary: LFTR Level 1-5 $51.42 to $82.26 per hour 12% Super Employment Type: Casual What You’ll Be Doing In this hands-on role, you will deliver safe, engaging and inclusive triathlon coaching sessions across swimming, cycling and running disciplines. You’ll play a key part in supporting participants of all ages and abilities to build skills, improve performance and enjoy long-term participation in our programs. Assist in the development and delivery of triathlon programs for junior and adult participants Promote safe and active use of leisure centre facilities Support program promotion through social media and community engagement Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders Assist with program administration and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor safety standards and maintain equipment Provide First Aid and CPR as required Contribute to a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values Support broader fitness programs, including acting as Team Leader (Children, Teens & Young Adults) when required What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements Current Applied First Aid and CPR Certificates Working with Children Check Coaching accreditation in Running, Cycling and/or Swimming (or equivalent experience) Strong customer service and communication skills Proven organisational and time management abilities Desirable Skills & Experience Development Coach Accreditation (Triathlon or equivalent) AustSwim (or equivalent) qualification Experience delivering multi-discipline training programs Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety standards How to Apply Apply online via the Apply button and provide a comprehensive resume and cover letter (no more than 2 pages) demonstrating fulfilment of essential requirements outlined in the Position Description attached.
