The Early Childhood Teacher we are looking for will have the following attributes: - A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent As well as current Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid and Anaphylaxis qualifications. - Knowledge of the QKLG, and practical success utilising this framework to document, guide and support children in an early learning setting - A nurturing, open and respectful demeanor, supporting children in the early years to feel valued, challenged and celebrated in their attempts at learning - Leadership skills, with an ability to use your knowledge to guide and mentor colleagues. - Innovative ideas for supporting play based learning, creating inspiring learning spaces, and challenging children to explore, discover and understand the world that surrounds them.
