About the Role We are seeking applications from highly experienced and motivated individuals who are keen to join us in the role of Provider Engagement Advisor, Queensland, for a short-term 12-week opportunity. The Provider Engagement Advisor plays an important role in building relationships with aged care providers, community organisations and other sector stakeholders across Queensland. The focus of this role is to increase awareness and participation in Ageing Australia’s workforce initiatives, by connecting providers with workforce pipelines, education programs and sector support initiatives. Through proactive engagement, collaboration and education, the role will support providers to better understand and access programs that strengthen workforce capability and sustainability across the aged care sector. Key Responsibilities In this role you will: Promote and drive employer engagement with Ageing Australia’s Employment Gateway platform across Queensland. Build and maintain relationships with aged care providers and sector stakeholders. Engage providers through outreach, meetings, presentations, industry events and site visits. Support employers to register on the platform and utilise it to connect with suitable workforce candidates. Work closely with internal program teams to align employer workforce needs with available candidate pipelines and training initiatives. Capture employer insights regarding workforce challenges and recruitment needs. Monitor and report on engagement outcomes including employer registrations, candidate interviews and participation in workforce programs. About You To be successful in this role you will bring: Experience engaging with service providers, community organisations or stakeholders (ideally within aged care, health or community services). Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. An understanding of workforce challenges in the aged care sector. The ability to gather insights and contribute to improving program engagement. Strong organisational skills and ability to monitor and report on engagement activities.
