About You Live in or can support clients in the Joondalup, Yanchep and surrounding areas Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to your own vehicle (no international licences or shared vehicles) Minimum 12 months experience in in-home aged care or a similar role Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available) Committed to working in in-home aged care (not disability or residential facility care) What We Offer $34.77 to $34.93 per hour super Paid travel time $1.38/km allowance Permanent part-time contracts: 20 – 50 hours per fortnight flex-up shifts Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts Your Role As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes. Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support Medication assistance (where applicable) Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Social support and companionship Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
