Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of project documentation between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Maintain strict version control to ensure only current, approved documents are in circulation. Organise and maintain structured electronic filing systems in line with ADENCO standards. Coordinate the distribution of controlled internal documents, including procedures, plans, drawings, and forms. Uphold ADENCO’s documentation standards by formatting documents to comply with the company’s style guide. Utilise CCMS platforms to manage document workflows, approvals, and controlled registers. Support quality assurance activities, including assisting with standard project ITRs and ITPs as required. Work confidently with document management platforms such as ACONEX, SharePoint, and similar systems. Ensure efficient information flow across civil, SMP, and electrical project teams to support successful project delivery. About You Experience in document control within civil construction, engineering, mining, or related industries. Strong understanding of document management systems, workflows, and compliance requirements. High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in document control software, Microsoft Office, and platforms such as ACONEX, SharePoint, and CCMS. QA experience is highly regarded. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
