As a Chef or Barista, you’ll play a key role in both the kitchen or front-of-house operations — crafting delicious food or serving exceptional coffee. Chef duties: Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness Barista duties: Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and precision Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders Engage with customers and provide friendly, efficient service Support front-of-house operations during peak hours About You We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience as a café chef, cook, or barista A passion for great food or coffee Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team-first mindset
