About the Clinic Aberfoyle Park Medical Centre are seeking a Part Time Practice Nurse (Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse) to join our care team, supporting our 4 professional GPs. We are an accredited general practice serving the communities of Aberfoyle Park, Flagstaff Hill, and surrounding suburbs for over 30 years. Our Centre is conveniently located on the corner of Manning and Summerford Roads in Aberfoyle Park. Nursing tasks are varied and examples include: Triage and management of acutely unwell patients Immunisations of children and adults Wound care Health assessments including workplace medicals Assisting with minor procedures Results notification and patient education Cold chain management Our ideal candidate will have qualities, skills and experience including: Current Registered Nurse/or Enrolled Nurse AHPRA registration Previous experience working in general practice and/or emergency preferable A warm and friendly personality with a commitment to working as a part of a team of professionals Dedication to the provision of the highest standard of nursing care with exceptional attention to detail Flexibility with workdays and hours: Our clinic is open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm, and Saturday mornings 8:15am - 11:45am. Availability to work across these hours is ideal. Proficient computer skills (previous experience with General Practice software not essential but highly regarded) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to take on a dynamic role, working across CDM and treatment room Why work for us?
