Operations Manager - Solar, Battery & Electrical Delivery ADCO Solar & Renewables Kenwick, Perth WA Full-time Solar | Battery | Electrical | Operations | Delivery ADCO Solar & Renewables is looking for a practical, organised Operations Manager to lead the delivery of solar, battery and electrical projects across Perth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, manage trades, coordinate schedules, solve site problems, communicate with customers and builders, and protect safety, quality and margin. You’ll report to Chris Baldrey and work closely with installation coordinators, field teams, suppliers, builders and customers to take jobs from approved sale/job handover through to installation, completion, invoicing support and close-out. What you’ll own Daily job flow, scheduling priorities and installation planning. Job readiness before crews arrive on site. Coordination of electricians, apprentices, supervisors and subcontractors. Customer and builder communication throughout delivery. Work in progress tracking, job progress, delays and close-out. Labour productivity, return visits, rework and delivery efficiency. Site issues, supplier issues and practical problem solving. Safety, quality, compliance and customer standards. Protecting job margin by reducing wasted time, poor handovers and avoidable revisits. About you You’ll be a practical operator who can lead trades, keep pressure under control and bring structure to a growing business. Solar or battery experience will be highly regarded, but we’re also open to strong delivery leaders from electrical contracting, building services, construction services, field service, HVAC or other trade-based environments. You do not need to be a corporate manager. You do need to be organised, accountable, commercially aware and strong with people. You’ll bring Experience in operations, delivery management, site coordination, field service leadership or trade team supervision. Strong background working with electricians, trades, supervisors, subcontractors or installation crews. Good scheduling, planning and follow-up habits. Confidence dealing with customers, builders, suppliers and internal teams. Ability to identify job issues early and keep work moving. A strong focus on safety, quality, customer service and commercial outcomes. A calm, practical and accountable approach. Highly regarded Solar PV or battery installation experience. Electrical contracting or renewable energy experience. Trade qualification or electrical background. Experience with job management, scheduling, QA or field service systems. Apprentice or trainee supervision experience. Experience improving job flow, close-out, rework or labour productivity. What we offer Key operations role in a growing Perth renewables business.
