This role allows you to use your technical expertise in a broader, more influential way by providing technical support to branch teams and external clients, supporting sales activity, and helping customers maximise performance from their Volvo CE machines. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor across our Victorian operations. What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical support and advice to branch staff and external customers Support clients as required, both on-site and remotely Deliver sales support, including advising customers on machine capability, features and applications Assist with machine delivery advice and technical handovers Train, mentor and upskill technicians and branch teams Provide hands-on and after-market product support Continue developing your commercial and sales skills — training and support provided What You’ll Bring Trade qualified with proven experience on construction equipment Strong technical knowledge (Volvo CE experience highly regarded) Previous product support or technical advisory experience in construction or similar industries Ability and willingness to train and coach technicians Confident communicator with strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills Professional, approachable, safety-focused mindset Current driver’s licence (MR truck licence or above desirable) Solid computer and reporting skills Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test What’s In It for You?
