With offices in Darwin, Katherine and Nhulunbuy, we service over 40 remote communities, delivering culturally responsive legal representation in Family Law, Child Protection and Domestic & Family Violence. Our unique holistic service model brings lawyers together with Aboriginal Client Support Officers and Case Workers—ensuring our clients are supported not just legally, but culturally and safely. About You You’re someone who enjoys coordinating travel, supporting teams on the ground, and helping deliver smooth, respectful, and responsive services across the region. What we're looking for Key Responsibilities: Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff and visitors. Manage logistics for events and meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available. Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses. Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to secure the best rates and services. Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries and provide support to staff during their travels. Monitor and report on travel budgets and expenditures. Arrange and manage relevant permits for staff travelling to communities. Maintain the Asset Register. Arrange the maintenance and coordination of the vehicle fleet. Undertake training and professional development as required. Selection Criteria Essential: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate travel logistics, and support team operations in remote contexts. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal). Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping. Confident using Microsoft Office and client database systems. Able to obtain a WWCC, Criminal History Check, and hold an NT C‑Class Driver Licence. Desirable: Previous experience with Xero software. Experience working in the non-profit sector, particularly in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation or domestic and family violence service provider.
