Trayne Consulting is currently recruiting a Property Analyst to join our Client’s Gold Coast team, located in Bundall on the Gold Coast. Our Client is a fast-growing private mortgage lending business, known for delivering efficient and forward-thinking finance solutions across Australia. To meet our Client’s needs, we are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual with the ability to think creatively, solve problems and conduct thorough property research. You should be skilled in gathering relevant information, analysing data and presenting clear and concise insights to stakeholders across both Residential and Commercial assets. This is a dynamic role where you will influence all aspects of the loan lifecycle and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day to meet delivery timeframes. Key Responsibilities Research property values across Residential and Commercial assets using tools such as RP Data, Google Earth and RealEstate.com to gain valuable historic and current market insights Contact Real Estate Agents to gain knowledge of recent sales, property values and neighbouring sales to gather relevant market information Prepare succinct reports on property information and effectively substantiate and communicate findings to key stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships within the Real Estate industry to support information gathering and market intelligence Perform additional duties, including general administration tasks, to support the team and ensure efficient turnaround times To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have: Experience in a similar Property role where research, analysis and reporting are essential Knowledge, experience, or a passion for the Finance, Investment, Property or Banking/Credit industry will be highly regarded An understanding of the fundamentals of how to assess the value of property Strong problem-solving, research and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of Real Estate Agents Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems The ability to multitask, prioritise and remain proactive whilst working towards time-sensitive deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team environment A positive and can-do attitude towards learning new and challenging tasks For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, values-led lending company with a strong collaborative culture.
