This is a Max Term contract opportunity available for 12 months. Candidates seeking part time / job share opportunities will be considered. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing HR Administrative support to the business and the HR team. Reporting to the Manager Human Resources. The HR officer provides essential administration across the entire employee life cycle, working closely with the onsite HR team. Profile description: Manage the HR inbox working with stakeholders and employees across the business. Support the HR Business Partners and HR Manager advising employees on policies, processes and procedures. Support the recruitment team to manage recruitment and onboarding for CAT1 Contractors, including Labour Hire Agency management. Monitor and manage contract extensions for CAT1 contractors. Maintain accurate HR and employee data in the HR System. Prepare contracts and employment packages for internal transfers. Prepares and executes contract variations, higher duties and secondments. Executes flexible work arrangements once approved and manages the expiry or extension of flexible work arrangements. Development of reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics, monthly and as required by the HR Manager. Support the transactional initiatives relating to the employee lifecycle and employee experience. Manages the contract and purchasing requirements for the HR Department. Actively support the HR team in all other areas as needed. Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits' corporate partners and coordinate communication for all corporate partner company initiatives. Manage the reimbursement process for employee private health reimbursements. What you can bring Significant prior experience in a Human Resources administration role. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources preferred Experience of working with SuccessFactors is highly desirable Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to interpret and apply HR related policy and procedure. Strong communication skills.
